From the 1st– 4th October the kick- off meeting was held in Loureiro, Portugal. From Turkey, Estonia and Finland 2 teachers from each school met with the Portuguese team of 5 teachers to go over the expectations for the project and for the partnership and the main fears. During the four days we discussed the main topics of the project to be on the same page: the objectives and results, the evaluation, the finances and communication. During the meeting the survey for teachers and students was compiled. Additionally the penfriends pairs were made during the meeting to make it possible for the students to start writing to a student from another country through eTwinning.
The meeting was very efficient and important for a mutual understanding and trust and gave a motivational boost for everyone to help to deliver the project objectives.
